Minimum: $120 pre-tax party total per room based upon level of party chosen.
Room Fee: Parties meeting the dollar minimums– no fee. If the dollar minimums are not met by pottery sales, a room fee will be assessed to meet the minimum requirement.
Deposit: $50 (Credit or cash, only) Deposits may be refunded or transferred with a minimum of two weeks notice of cancellation or date change.
Inventory: If a special order is made, attendees must paint the items ordered.
Booking: PLP asks that you tell us the number of people INVITED to attend children’s parties and any party with special-order inventory at least two weeks in advance. If your party includes more than your specified number of attendees, each additional painter will be billed at the per-painter package price. Additional painters in special-order parties are not guaranteed the special order piece.
Duration: Prices quoted include up to 1.5 hours in our private party room. Additional time is automatically billed when parties run over scheduled times.
Additional Time Additional time must be booked in advance (see booking a party) to be guaranteed, however we can arrange extra time on the day of your party based on availability. Additional 1/2 hour: $15
